These past few days I was seriously craving Mexican foods, maybe because I kept watching too much cooking videos on youtube that's why I started craving and suddenly, I was on the hunt to find the best-tasting tacos. Honestly, I haven't really tried any authentic Mexican foods before, that's why I don't really know how to figure out what the authentic Mexican foods taste like since there are a lot of Mexican restaurants to try. So that's why I was on the hunt to find the best of the best.
Coach George came all the way from Arizona to the Philippines to bring the world-famous Alliance MMA gym, but did you know that aside from being a fight coach he can also cook really Bomb ass food? That's why I went to Malingap Street in Quezon City to visit "Flying House" where the owner Ms. Timi Quema allowed Coach George to make his authentic Mexican dishes and share it to us.
Flying House was kind enough to give Coach George a chance to let people taste his authentic Mexican cooking, they made a Taco Tuesday menu for Coach George and it was DA BOMB DOT COM!
Coach George explained to us that all of the dishes he served was inspired by his mom. This got me so excited because only the locals can make their specialty dishes, and its always the best tasting ones I've had! Most especially it was all inspired by his MOM's cooking, we all know that our moms are the best cooks in the world, and that's why, no doubt that Coach George's Taco Tuesday Dishes are so good!.

Coach George said that he also made sure that the dishes he made are also good for people who are on diet, so that everyone would still be healthy even if you're devouring a lot of this bad boy.

I couldn't stop eating the Tacos and I think it's my personal favorite out of everything in the Taco Tuesday Menu. The Taco is made from Flying House's Signature Charcoal Black Tortilla for only
Php 300 (three big tortillas placed on a very nice plate), you can choose from Pork, Beef and /or Chicken, you can also make it mild or spicy if ever you are sensitive to eating spicy or you are a big spicy food eater.

Aside from the tacos, of course, is another famous Mexican dish, The Baked Nachos.
I love that the nachos had the right amount of everything well, of course, they should also have a ton of cheese, well you know your girl likes a lot of it! The chips were so crispy but not too dry and it didn't get soggy so fast which I liked.

Michelada is a Mexican Traditional Drink made with Beer, Tomato Juice, Lime and Tabasco. This drink is so good even if it tasted new to me I still loved it! I almost finished it in one chug and I want more!!

The food kept coming in and i really had to get my tummy ready for some good food, you know its so good when you end up opening your pants' button.
Coach George is truly an inspiration not only in the MMA scene but also in life in general. He is not only just a coach but also an entrepreneur and a family man, from traveling around the world, being away from home and sharing his knowledge and skills, I sure see that he will succeed more in life and of course when he opens his own restaurant someday.
Of course, we shouldn't forget our lovely venue the "Flying House"
Flying House is a chill and cool Resto Bar located in
Malingap Street, Diliman Quezon City
FH opened 3 years ago and it got well known through word of mouth, It was actually my first time going there and i loved it!
When i first stepped in front of Flying House i suddenly felt comfortable and i was excited. FH's vibe is what i look for on restaurants, it has a very grungy, cool and chilly vibe, it is the perfect place for you and your friends to hang out and just chill.
We were lucky enough to interview the owner Ms. Timi Quema and she told us about FH's History, she mentioned that it used to be the hang out spot for some of your Favorite bands. Parokya ni Edgar, Kamikazee and etc, some of them actually used to live here, and some of the bands where actually the one behind the name

I find it really cool that this place isn't just a simple restaurant, but it also is a place of history and stories. Listening to the stories that Ms.Timi told us, i couldn't help but get giddy and be so happy because some of my favorite bands used to go here a lot and that now I'm also enjoying myself here and meeting new friends.

We were so lucky to be able to try some other dishes from FH's secret menu. The first secret menu dish we tried was the FH Sisig Pizza, Its two of our favorite food, all in one dish and it was so GOOD! Its the perfect pulutan while drinking with your friends.
Of course everyone is a big fan of Pancit Canton and it was really cool to see FH's version of Pancit Canton, Timi shared that the gang (Parokya,Kamikazee & etc.), used to eat a lot of pancit canton and thats why maybe they added it in their secret meñu.
Their pancit canton has a different twist aside from the usually pancit canton flavour it also has a very interesting taste of sesame oil in it! It's sooo good!
These two dishes aren't part of their regular meñu, but i think you can still order them just say FH's Pancit Canton and FH Sisig Pizza.
If they ask where you found out about these dishes, just tell them i recommended you to try it!!
I had so much fun, just enjoying some good food, laughing and making new friends. I swear you guys should try and check out Flying House.
